For over 25 years the model 950 has been the standard of the forest products industry world-wide. The model 950 is a fully automatic, gear driven tape constructed with a sturdy aluminium case/open spool, hardened steel gears and pinion, driven by Spencer's powerful spring return. The 15 metres of blade length gives loggers the length to handle most cutting jobs. This is the original loggers tape, copied but never duplicated.

The 975 tape was the first and only fully automatic 25 metre measuring tool in the world for many years. Designed and constructed with the same precision as the 950 (original loggers tape) 975 gives the logger 25 metres of measurement allowing one single operation when measuring longer log lengths. The Model 900MED has all the same features as the 975MER but has the feature of being a 5 metre diameter tape and also a 30 metre measuring tape.
